1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all valid addresses within the United Arab Emirates.
For International Shipping we will send it through DHL as our courier partner. Your delivery information should be accurate for us to facilitate your order properly.
2. Standard Delivery (UAE)

AED 100 and above | COD + Credit/Debit Card | FREE SHIPPING
Notes:
• Free shipping applies to a single order above AED 100 after discounts.
• No deliveries on Sundays or UAE Public Holidays.
• Shipping fee applies per order ID.
• COD fee: AED 12 (non‑refundable).
3. Standard Delivery (International)

4. Delivery Timeframes
• 1–3 working days for major cities.
• 2–5 working days for remote areas.
3-7 working days for international deliveries outside UAE.
Delays may occur due to peak periods or courier conditions.
5. Order Processing
• Orders are processed Monday–Saturday.
• Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day.
• Tracking updates will be shared where applicable.
6. Delivery Conditions
• Ensure your address and contact details are accurate.
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery.
• Failed deliveries may involve extra fees.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available within the UAE.
• COD fee: AED 12 per order (non‑refundable).
8. Delivery Policy (Delays & Exceptions)
We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes; however, delays may occur due to:
• Courier delays
• Inability to reach you
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Weather, traffic, or operational issues
• UAE public holidays
• Force majeure events
We deliver Monday to Saturday only.
9. Address Changes
• Address changes are allowed only before the order is dispatched.
• After dispatch, address modification is not possible.
• Courier handling of changes post‑dispatch is not guaranteed.
10. Missed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to reach you:
• Re-delivery may be attempted.
• You may be contacted by phone or SMS.
• Additional charges may apply after repeated failed attempts.
