1. Order Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours or before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• If the Cancel button is unavailable, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund Timelines:
• Card payments: 10–14 business days.
• COD payments: Payment will be refunded to your account in 7-14 business days. Cash refunds will not be handed over in person.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable if delivery is refused.
2. Changing Your Order
• Product, quantity, address (after dispatch), and payment method cannot be changed after placing the order.
• You may cancel before dispatch and place a new order.
3. Return Eligibility (Skincare Products)
Acceptable returns must be:
• Unopened, unused, sealed, and in perfect condition.
• Returned within 3 days.
Not accepted:
• Opened or used products.
• Broken seals.
• Heat-damaged or improperly stored items.
• Promotional/bundle items unless defective.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Contact us within 48 hours if the product is:
• Wrong, defective, expired, leaking, or damaged.
Provide:
• Order number.
• Photos of item & packaging.
5. Return Process

2. Provide order number and photos (if needed).
3. Await approval.
4. Courier pickup will be arranged.
6. Refund Policy
• Refund issued after quality inspection.
• Card refunds: original payment method.
• COD refunds: Cash will be deposited to your preferred UAE Bank Account.
• Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
• If return drops order value below free shipping threshold, AED 10 may be deducted.
7. Non‑Returnable Items
• Opened/used skincare.
• Items with broken seals.
• Products stored improperly.
• Promotional items (B1G1, bundles, free gifts).
8. Missing Items
• Report within 24 hours.
• Provide order number and photos.
9. Courier Collection Delays
• Contact support if courier fails to collect within 5 days.
10. Gifted Items
• Refunds go to the original purchaser’s account.
11. Return Window
• Skincare items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
